Food wise, that is. DH and I very seldom eat out, so I'm going to enjoy every bite of my Italian dinner--and scarf down those breadsticks! Yeah, I'll be paying for it, but I love my "planned" cheats.

sounds yummy!!!

i'll be making dinner for our family so that part will be healthy but im making some kind of extra-sinful gooey dessert!:D

Elsie..I'm considering the same thing. I told DH that I really didn't want him to spend money on flowers or anthing like that. We rarely eat out or order in but I know DH would love it if we did more often. I think he would consider it a gift if I told him that I wanted to go out for dinner. ;)

My problem is that I eat the same stuff pretty much everyday so when we do eat restaurant food I always end up feeling really sick and uncomfortable. I don't overeat or anything, I think I just have a very sensitive digestive system.

Elsie... We all need those occasional "cheat" days. I have saved up for mine. We are doing a wine tasting paired with chocolates at a winery we are club members at. I am going to enjoy every minute of it! :D.....hope you do too!

Yes, I know what you mean about how restaurant food makes you feel when you normally eat clean. DH doesn't like to eat out often because of the cost, and I don't because of the food. I do have to order carefully, and the breadsticks will give me a "hangover" the next day. But we're having an early dinner (otherwise, I sleep horribly--and DH hates crowds and waiting), and I'm planning on doing a yoga cleanse workout and drinking tons of water the "morning after." I'm surprised I'm looking forward to it so much, but I really am.

February is a cruel but happy month for me. We start with Valentine's Day, 2 days later my birthday and a week later my son's birthday. Any excuse to eat at my house!
