:D I gotcha! You thought this was going to be raunchy didn't you? Well maybe not! Ha ha! Seriously though, does'nt it feel good when you master your current weight selection and are ready to go onto the next level? This recently occured during chest presses. I was using 15 lbs and now have moved up to the 20 lbs. Also, re: biceps, I was using 10 lb dumbells and now can use 12 lbs and sometimes 15's! Overhead presses I have moved on from 12 to 15 lbs. I also know I am getting stronger in the chest and core as I am now able to do a full V pike! Yippee! Never thought it would be possible!

Congratulation Lisa. I'm so very happy to hear about your accomplishment. Your post is giving me a little bit of hope.
It was and is, quite a thrill to be using those 20 pounders. I'm trying to add more strength by using that heavy weight of 20 pounds for 2 sets of 8 during the PUB workout and during the Chest section in SH do 10 reps for the 3 sets. That is helping out alot.

I was most glad to get to the 15 pounds during the bicep section in PUB. Thought I'd never get up there. Keep inserting those 15's in your workout, before you know it, you will use them for all the reps and much more often in other places.
Still can't do the pike on the ball. My hat is off to you. I can't figure out what my body is supposed to look like. DUH! I know.
I can't be too far off on the core as I can now do straight legged push ups with toes on 8" step. I do tons and tons of Pilates and different variants of core work. So it just must be ignorance. hahaha

Come over to my house Lisa, and show me how to do that crazy V pike.
:D :D :D :p

Again, congratulations on your added strength gains.

I agree, Lisa - it feels GREAT! I write down in a notebook the workout, the specific exercise, and what weight I used, so I can track my progress! It's a wonderful motivator for me! Congrats on your progress so far!!
