Doesn't ANYBODY do 5 day rotations?

I tend to do a 5 day rotation with CTX...Typically will do all of the upper body 2x's a week, lower body 2x's a week, and the cardio Monday through Friday...

One week I do upper (and abs) Monday and Thursday, lower Tuesday and Friday, the following week I switch...

For some reason I've always done abs with upper body...Don't ask why!!!

I only work out 5 days per week (4 kids preclude doing something on Saturday :) ). What I've done for a long time is just follow Cathe's regular rotation only just do it 5 days per week. There have only a few times where, because my rest day didn't fall on the one prescribed I end up having two weight work outs in a row, but I just switch it around a little bit and it works just fine.

It takes me about a month and a half to get through a rotation, but it's not a race and I really enjoy having my two days off.
