It never fails, I had to stop doing weight workouts for about two weeks and then when I get started again, mind you I only do a thirty to fourty minute full-body workout about four times a week, I put on weight. It is almost as if my muscles are holding water or something. I try to increase my fluid intake, but I always end up weighing more by the end of the week. Sometimes up to three pounds more and I know it is not food because I am not eating more. After a while it seems as though it straightens itself out, after several weeks. Does this happen to anyone else?
