Does anyone watch House?

I LOVE this show! Its on tonight for two hours and I'm so excited! I think that Hugh Laurie totally makes the show. He is an amazing actor and makes House's character so believable. I think half the reason I watch the show is to watch High Laurie act! Any other House viewers?

I want to rent the first season and second season shows (when they come out) and then jump in.

Could I really make sense of it if I started to watch it with the new fall shows?

Love this show! Haven't met anyone yet that watches it and isn't hooked. My DB doesn't like hospital shows (like ER), but he caught this one night and we both love this show!
 
The show airs on Fox normally, Tuesdays at 8 CST. I believe it's USA that is showing re-runs some nights (maybe Fridays at 10 Central Time)
