Does anyone take longer rest breaks with PH?

Just curious, I can't imagine doing Power Hour straight thru without longer rest breaks - I think I had to pause during the lunges once or twice. This is one tough workout!!  :)

I heard others mention about PH being so tough, but I don't know what the fuss is about. I think it is one of the least intense workouts for me, just my own experience. Though I just did Legs and Glutes recently and just reminded me of how tough that one is. I guess we are all different. Good job though on taking longer rest period. I know I do if I need to.

Maybe I was having an off day - or I needed a day off.:) I don't enjoy lunges much on a good day they are my least favorite exercise.
I'm glad I don't have Legs and Glutes. :) (Well I have legs and glutes just not the dvd.)

The lunges on this one do feel like a marathon but I don't take a rest...I suffer through it.

I think what gets me about PH is the sheer length of time you do the exercises. The lunges after the squats (Kathryn counted one time and says there are 120 of those darned squats) get to me too! I also always start with a higher weight than I should and have to drop back. I love Power Hour. It works me in ways different than the heavier weight workouts do.

i usually take a break and pause the workout during bicep work. she uses so many different counts for lifting and lowerng the barbell it makes it hard for me to bring that bar back up without the rest. and depending on how i feel i might break during chest and tricep work but i have been building on that. baby steps for me LOL
