No, it really didn't work for my body type. If you have PCOS, I don't recommend it. For me, the frequent meals didn't help because I was constantly putting out a stream of insulin, which is not my friend. Anywho, that said, I do carb cycle and calorie/carb taper throughout the day. I also do cardio for more than 45 minutes. I don't really see any muscle loss that others might have due to my artificially elevated testosterone (excess estrogen is converted via enzymatic action into testosterone and excess insulin behaves like estrogen too, a double whammy.) It all depends on your body type. If BFFM works for you, then do it!
