I've never done it but there is a Catheite/personal trainer who LOVES it! Her name is Sunny and her screenname is Sunnydelite. She posts in the Cheetah Check In. I would tell you to post to her attn here in the O/F but she doesn't come here very often at all. In fact she had to be directed here in order to see her recent B'day wishes or she may have never seen them. LOL
