I already preordered the new series PLUS Power Hour and got free shipping on that, and it's already arrived. Does anyone know if I can still get free shipping if I order something else before the presale ends, or did I need to order it all at once? It probably doesn't apply anymore but I've decided I want KPC after all and I like the idea of free shipping!

You would have had to order KPC with the new series in order to receive free shipping. So now if you order KPC, you will have to pay for shipping.

As long as you order KPC along with your presale order there will be no additional shipping charges for the current workouts.As Marietta says you would have had to order KPC with the new series in order to receive free shipping.

I'd contact customer service and see if you can't add on KPC to your original order. Can't hurt to try!

Ah, but I see that PH has already arrived. Then I would doubt you could get free shipping, as that would make two orders rather than one. So never mind!
