It's on that credit card commercial and starts off
"I'm twenty-two for a moment and she feels (something something) making her way home from my house"

I heard it on the radio too but never got the name of it or the group.

It's Five For Fighting, and the song is called "100 Years." I highly recommend the CD that this is on (The Battle For Everything) - it's phenomenal. He also sings "Superman (It's Not Easy) that also gets a great deal of air play.
