Does Anyone Juice?

Is there anyone here that juices either fruits, vegetables or things such as wheatgrass and sprouts. If so how has it helped you? Juicing is suspose to be healthier because of the live enzymes you get out of the food that is destroyed in cooking and juicing wheatgrass is suspose to have alot of nutrients such as 4 times the calcium as spinach plus a ton of other vitamins and minerals. I would love to hear from someone on how this has helped them and if there are very many people that are doing it.
