i typically do during the winter. nothing to outrageous sometimes between 5-10 pounds. usually b/c something is always interuppting my workout time. kid/hubby sick,kid/hubby home to much from snows days and holidays. the holiday food now 2 families have to share us so i don't even want to know how bad it could get LOL.more often then not its my eating that ruins it b/c i do my best with workouts by spliting up day and night but the stress of holidays,sick days,snow days just has me reaching for the candy instead of the apples.
