Hi Cathe,
I was just wondering if you ever let yourself have a few days or even a week off from cardio & weight training. I've been working out for years & the longest I've gone w/o working out is 3 consecutive days. There are some days where I feel completely zapped of energy & I go, go, go, all day...do I need a break? I'm in excellent shape & about 11-12% body fat right now (I'd like to be 8-10% w/ a vacation coming up). I thought I read somewhere that you train for 8 weeks & then take a week off, is this true? I feel like if I take a "break", that I'll regress...even if it's just 4 or 5 days. Your input would greatly be appreciated.
Thanks,
Amanda
