I was looking for some motivation for a team I"m leading for an "Active for Life" challenge (a 12-week challenge where team members keep track of points for physical activity, fruit and vegetable consumption, water intake, and optional educational activities. I thought immediately of this (below), but only one of my colleagues remembers it!
