Every December it seems I accept that my workouts suffer. With Christmas shopping, kids sick, cookie baking, cleaning, appointments, work and school events I have a difficult time squeezing in workouts and I am even a very organized person. I got an early start this year but it seems that I will still be preparing till the last day! I had planned to get the rest of my shopping done today, but of course, my daughter is home sick. On a positive note, I had planned to miss my workout today, but I should be able to get one in this afternoon. It may be the last one for a few days, so I better make it a good one.
As much as I hate missing workouts, it's also a fun and exciting time of the year too.
