Do you have suggestions on what DVD I should try next?

I am relatively new to Cathe, and today, after quite few tries, I was able to complete all 10 intervals of IMAX 2! I love it, and would appreciate some suggestions from people on what DVD I should try next, based on the fact that I enjoy IMAX 2 so much.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Step Blast is my favorite - choreography is kind of complex, but once you learn it, it's great! It's a steady-state cardio routine, as opposed to the interval training of an Imax.

Kick Punch and Crunch is a really good kickboxing tape, which you might want to try for variety.

Of course, as you'll soon learn, they're all wonderful, and before you'll know it, you'll be so addicted that you'll own them all. Trust me. It will happen. :7

Congrats on finishing Imax 2. All the Imaxes are tough!

Well, now, you've come to the right place if you want help spending your money;)

Do you want cardio or strength? Step or kickbox? What are your goals? Help us help you spend your $$$}(

I really like Lowmax. It's great cardio and gives the lower body quite a workout as well. Real leg burner but fun!!!

I think I would like to stick with cardio, and I am new to step but am really enjoying it. The choreography in IMAX 2 is pretty close to as tricky as I want to get, although I could try something a little more dancy.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Lowmax, Rhythmic Step and Stepblast are all great workouts. The choreography is a bit more tricky, but she takes more time to build the combos than she does in the Imaxes. The bonus with RS is that you also get Imax (the original) and MIC, which are both incredible workouts. On Stepblast, you get Step, Jump and Pump and a whole TON of amazing premixes:)

Well, if you are new to Cathe step, I am always recommending Cardio Hits. This DVD contains three of Cathe's older workouts and as long as you are not bothered by a bit of dating in the sets and clothes, these workouts are fun and FAB. The best part is the breakdown is very granular, so you learn many moves and combos that are utilized in the newer workouts.

BTW, the original IMAX (on the Rhythmic Step DVD) is as fun as IMAX2.

Good luck!!
