Do you have healthy hair?

I have my hair colored every 6-8 weeks(bleach highlights). Taking 6 grams of fish oil(6- 1,000mg capsules) tablets daily has kept my hair healthy. My hair stylist has the worst time getting my hair to stay up in clips because it is so silky!
Healthy fats like fish or flax make the world of difference in your skin, hair and nails. I began to notice the change in my hair after 3 months of faithfully taking my fish oil supplements. Fish oil has so many other health benefits too. If my budget would only allow one supplement, it would be fish oil!
 
This isn't a home remedy, but I have had serious trouble with over-processed hair in the past and I use Ojon hair treatment. It's very expensive, (about $50 for a jar) but it lasts forever as you only have to use it once every week in the beginning, then every couple of weeks or so after that. The thing I like about it is that it is a hair conditioner, but you apply it before you wash rather than after. You put it on dry hair then wash it off anywhere from 20 minutes to several hours later, depending on the desired level of conditioning. So, what I do is put it on well before I plan to shower, pin my hair up in a shower cap, then go about cleaning my house, watching TV, etc., then I jump in the shower and wash it off a few hours later. This is so much more convenient, in my opinion, than applying conditioner to wet hair after shampooing and either having to sit in the tub and let it absorb, or try to leave it in your wet hair. Also what's great about it is that it leaves no heavy build up in your hair. It truly does rinse clean and this is something I have had a big problem with other conditioners in the past. It makes your hair shiny, bouncy, and healthy. It took a few times before I saw a huge difference, but I did she results after the very first time.
