Do you have cathe's older power max step tape?

I was reading this, and as my husband is an avid fisherman I said "Honey what does a fish really sound like?" He says "yes they actually do make noise, some of them anyway. Like a drum drums....or a croaker croaks... catfish grunts... ha ha I have to stop typing for a minute because my DH is laying in bed watching "The History of Bullets" on the History channel and he's making all these noises... then as I'm typing this he starts going "Lynn, what are you typing? What are you doing? What are you hiding?"
It was too funny!!
But, some fish do make noise. Trust me, he would know!
Anyway, I think Cathe's crew are great no matter what noise, or not, they make. Noise never bothers me too much anyway.
Just had to reply reading this. Power Max is wonderful still!! Fish noise or no?

I never noticed Rhonda doing that "ooh-ahh" sound, but now I might be listening to it when I do Power Max.

PowerMax is my absolute favourite! I feel guilty when (on the odd occasion) I have to bump this one to the back of the cue to make way for Cathe's other step w/o on a step only day.

As for the whooping in the background, I think it's great. I like to hear them all enjoying themselves and it always reminds me of how much fun the w/o is and to not take it seriously. I've noticed in the BB series tho, it's virtually all been eliminated :-( I guess after all the requests to stop the crew whooping and woo-hooing they felt the need to cut it out which I wish they hadn't. Guess we can't all be pleased!

The outfits might be dated but I still think they're really nice. I wish leotard's and shorts would make a comeback. I always felt really good and feminine in mine and it broke my heart when I actually threw mine out just because fashion changed. Bring back the leotard, says I!

Anyway, I'm expecting a baby now so sadly I won't be doing PowerMax for sometime to come and the withdrawals from it are frightening.
