DO WHAT YOU WANT, JUST GET IT DONE FOR SUNDAY!

Good morning!

I'm not as sore as I thought I would be. That's a good thing since I have D21 on the schedule for tonight.

Need advice on itreads - are the 20, 40, 60 minute versions the same thing and just either extended time or double/triple waves? Since I'm going to be traveling more, I need too accept the treadmill as my otion for running. Which ones do you suggest?

It's too late now. Didn't get to D21 as planned. Allowed myself to get distracted by Hugh Jackman and Colin Firth at the Oscars.

BTW - Triceps do get DOMS. Feeling every muscle that I worked yesterday, more as the day wore on.

The intensity level is different with each workouts, you can go to their webside and read up on each workouts (depending on your needs). I love all of them;)

I never got that stretch in either today:confused: I also got distracted with other things:eek: my body needed a break!
