I'm not as sore as I thought I would be. That's a good thing since I have D21 on the schedule for tonight.
Need advice on itreads - are the 20, 40, 60 minute versions the same thing and just either extended time or double/triple waves? Since I'm going to be traveling more, I need too accept the treadmill as my otion for running. Which ones do you suggest?
The intensity level is different with each workouts, you can go to their webside and read up on each workouts (depending on your needs). I love all of them
I never got that stretch in either today I also got distracted with other things my body needed a break!
