I am back from the gym. I did CCV 3 on the TreadClimber, burned 580 cal. That's what I am talking about! LOL! I was sweating buckets on the TC and the best part, it was low impact! I will use the TC more often from now on, I forgot all about that one. BTW, I posted pic. from our gym on my profile. I was wondering if the stair master is low impact? I almost forgot I did SM, with the ball too!

Were suppose to go do a hike today, but it looks like rain. My rotation calls for a rest day...i may take one and get one of my lower calorie days out of the way
Belinda: Nice calorie burn! Take it easy tomorrow to see how things are with your back.
Oh I would be very careful on the SC this could cause a lot of pulling on your lower back and hamstrings.

This goes to show that workouts done mainly on the TM are not the same as hitting the roads or trails. I will be aiming for doing more outside than inside for cardio days.

Hi Belinda! SC (stair climber) I reread your post and your question was about the stair master. I guess I should have written SM instead.
I just finished my workout with GS legs. That one is tough every time! I ended up using the same weights as I did the last time except for going to 3's for the lowends. Darn those are tough!!!

Hey girls, we decided to go ahead and do the hike and im glad because it still hasn't rained yet. We hiked for an hour and thirty two minutes and i burned 478cals. I was tired halfway through it though

Heidi, you did iTread #1 and a walk yesterday? I am impressed! Make sure you stretch your shins. The weather is changing here, it’s raining all day long, otherwise I would be doing more outside stuff too. What did you cook yesterday? I promise I will take it easy. Oh, I did checked out the stairmaster, I don’t think it’s low impact. I will stick with the TC for awhile, lol.
