feeling better, because its finally starting to 'dry up'. so i feel more stuffy, but its better since i'm not running/walking- must have been 200 times yesterday, to the bathroom for tissue. i needed the extra walks havent been exercising at all. last 2 days, didnt do much th, but was still feeling doms then so i didnt think it was a big deal.
did lot of complaining about meds. i'm just annoyed is all. usually, i dont need meds. drink huge amounts of tea with lemon. lots of tissue. in the morn. then i feel better, refreshed awake, sometimes i dont even feel sick for most of the day. this time, no dice. drank my tea which tastes more like water, if i had put honey in it i would've used the whole bottle. like 30 tea bags, lots of tea. usually dont need it anyway. so these last couple days, not been effective at all. after a drink phlem right away again, so been doing way too much munching, till use my brain and just gargle scope.
dh is sick now too, feel bad for him he has to go to work. thankfully, they have a whole meds cabinet, hot choc, coffee, all for free for everybody. they have some cool benefits. and a gym, lucky bastards lol.
feeling alot of empathy for you belinda, i'm not sure how you get through it for so long. we all have to be careful in hospitals. even us sometimes has staph. i used to go to military docs, and was always happy though, they go above and beyond, great service. theres articles you can read about preventing getting sick from hosp/drs offices. like its better for the dr to wear bow tie, and watch carefully the nurses and drs, if they didnt wash their hands, tell them, dont let them do anything till they do it. theres soposed to be a sink and antibacterial foam in each room. talk to them about their check list before the surgergy. hope this helps. i think if you prepare mentally, know what to expect, then you'll feel better.
