I am done with Back and Biceps, those 25 reppers are a killer! I had to take a pause on those today I also did the warm up + stretch from GS Back and Biceps! I am still sore from Monday's workout My biceps are fried, really felt the burn on all exercises.
2 minutes rest between each set.
BACK:
Warm up: Bent Over Barbell Rows - 55#/12 reps/ 2 sets
Workout: Bent Over Barbell Rows - 75#/6 reps - 3 set Bent Over Barbell Rows - 65#/25 reps
Im fighting those TOM cravings. Im not due until next week Anyways, I need to do weights today but I think i will do a long power walk + some yoga. I have time to get my weights in this week, its only Wednesday.

I've been MIA, and will continue to be for a short while. DH suddenly quit his job last week. Needless to say, I'm stressed way over the edge and trying to hold it together. Just needing some time, then I'll be back. Haven't kept up with the posts, so hope everyone is doing ok. Thanks for all your kind thoughts.
