Good morning girls,

I feel a lot better after my workout last night! Thank goodness, that stomache bug is gone:p who has time for that? Thanks for all your get well wishes:)

Today I will do cardio, not sure what Cathe has in store for me today? Have to look at the WM shortly?

Two more discs and I am done with STS:eek::D:eek: I can't believe I am almost done, yeah! I am already working on my next rotation, lol! On one hand, I want to do circuits/full body workouts, on the other hand I wanna to do heavy weights again? :eek::eek:

I will be back to report my workout from today and yesterday!

Good Morning

Today is cardio,core then some yoga. DD is home today with a sore throat. Im going to try and get her in to see the doctor today. She feels like she has a temperature but i can't find my thermometer :mad:

So yesterday was my sister's 30th birthday and we had a little get together her at my house. My dad brought this magnificent chocolate drizzle cake & icecream for her and guess what? I didn't have any:D I had a fudge pop. I was very proud of myself...

reporting my in. lost. (although, still doesnt feel real i wasn't working hard most of last 6 wks) last measured july 28, about 6 wks ago.
bicep .4 in. lost
hips 2 in. lost
calf .4 in lost.

also, tried on a night time bra havent worn in long time, and i dont feel strangled. so thats good too.
 
let me rephrase that, i was aiming for maintenance. i didnt physically work intensely overall. listen to IOWL often. get moving at least a little each day. figure out why or find a way to stop eating for emotional reasons or past feeling full. havent really figured out why?, but i try to prevent it in my trigger situations, and can stop when i am full and i do.
it may be just water loss, or from eating less, bc i'm not over eating.
ready to work intensely now, or what i can handle. still coughing some.
 
ok, my workout is done...i had to drag my @ss through it but its done. I walked the dogs(yep, made the little chihuahua go too)this morning for 30mins then did 38mins of KPC including core....just wasn't into it today:confused:

Kristina-WTG on your inches lost! Thats great! Im sure you will figure out the why part of the eating soon, it takes time. I still struggle sometimes with it. If i find myself in the kitchen on the prowl I will ask myself "are you really hungry?" that usually make me walk out of the kitchen. :p

ok, everyone have a great day. Gotta get some laundry and grocery shopping done.
 
Hi everyone!

Today is a rest day, mostly due to schedule. In to work at 6, out at 3, straight to DS's cross country meet, then straight to DD's open house for curriculum review night. Trying to keep the food clean, but not exactly getting the veggies today.

Belinda - successful completion of STS rotation so close I bet you can taste it!

Amelia - nice workout even if you were't that into it today.

Kristina - celebrate those inches! Means you are doing the right things. I think I could get washboard abs before I lose anything in the hips! LOL!

well part of my w/o done. going to report before i forget details. bear in mind it takes alot for me to feel it on the bike. the only place i feel anything is in glutes. i was actually sweating today. did lb body wt exercises to warm up then,
90 min total on bike, 6 min in glutes hurt, doing mostly steady state as fast as i can, considering i'm wearing wts.
45 min. in feels like glutes are going to fall off- this is where i'm trying to get to, and push past. intervals last 40 min.
could've done more, but want to do something else for w/o, this is very time consuming.
in the mood for boxing, but dh needs a nap, so undecided.
 
ok, i put my w/o into wm, but it wont tell me how many cal i burned since i dont know my speed or distance, the electric panel is broken. so estimated cal burn is 1,658 on a diff. activity calculator, but the highest number wm has space for is 999. so thats what the info says. i guess i'll make the w/o shorter next time.
 
w/o done. whole body- arms, abs, lower body with wts. maybe 20 min.
felt strong and fit. really good about myself, lot of energy.
better shower before kids get home, starting to look like i'm growing a forest on my legs lol.

I decited to start a M&F rotation with Debbie (Fitnessfreak) after my recovery week:p Debbie sent me the rotaton, it looks fantastic. It's free style almost like M3 (heavy weights) and it's only 6 weeks long. I would have to go to the gym in order to do most of the exersices. I don't have a hack squat or a leg press, nor do I have cable tricep press down.! I am looking forward to this rotaiton. It should be fun! YOu do 3 sets each excersices/ 6 reps on the last 4the set you do 25 reps! That looks like a big BURNER to me!:p

Heidi - where are you? You must be busy?

Amelia - glad you got your walk and KPC in today. Are you feeling any better? I would have eaten that cake:p Good for you! I am proud of you, girl!

Sherry - wow, you got a lot going on today! Hope you get your wo in tomorrow! Eat those veggies, girl! Yeap, I can tast it! 2 more discs and I am done with STS! I am excited!

Karen - hope you find some time to check in with us! Keep up the good work!

Hey.....next day post but hey I am here FINALLY!

Long week and today is only weds!

I was at the printing office two days in a row. First day was to drop off the project and explain what needed to be done. Next day was to pick it up....they had proofs for me but they did it wrong! Good thing they didn't do the whole order!!!!
Yesterday..late last night I went back again to pick up the job.

I did manage a hike with my boys on Monday afternoon. 3.5miles
Then yesterday afternoon I did an interval outdoor walk of 2miles.

Awesome job everyone on your workouts yesterday! Also on inches lost!!! ;)
