ameilia posted on her blog, she's been busy painting her kitchen. so she's been really busy too.
i havent been keeping up with the w/o. i think the last real w/o i had was friday? not sure. i posted it on here though. anyway, just been completely unmotivated. i'm not getting a bunch of cathe videos. might get a few, but first i'm trying to use the wii-make it more challenging. some kind of intervals, using wts in strength exercises.
making my own w/o, online ideas from others, moves from cathe.
i know i CAN do that, i just keep feeling disapointed. was really excited about getting some used dvds or downloads. i still may get some, but first figure out what i can do on my own. when i find something i have to use the video(step is one example way too complicated), i guess then i'll get it, idk. its def. more fun with cathe.
today i did a short(25 min) wii w/o. short jog, boxing, bike,few st and yoga. used the combine premade routines option. it was faster transition, but next time i'll do it differently. NOT intense enough. but at least i did something. also tried to make a virtual model of myself this morning. and went on a turtle slow walk outside in the park, even very short walk in woods. didnt help. that was before did the wii.
on the upset the count is up to 1 month. i think i started sept 3. and not having much trouble telling myself to stop when i'm full.
