Today I start week 2 of my rotation! I will do chest & triceps, but first I will work my abs!

Hallo girls,

I am done with Chest and Triceps. 1:30 min rest inbetween sets! I also did the stretch from GS chest &triceps and Amy Bento ab workout (15 min.) Liked the ab workout, was different!

CHEST:

Warm up set : 2 sets / 12 reps/ 60 #

Flat Barbell Bench Press - 75#/12 reps - 4 sets

Incline Dumbbell Press - 23's/12 reps - 1 sets
Incline Dumbbell Press - 24's/12 reps - 3 sets

Decline Dumbbell Press - 24's/12 reps - 4 sets

Flat Dumbbell Flyes - 23's/12 reps - 4 sets

TRICEPS:
Double-Arm Overhead Tricep Extension - 28#/12 reps - 3 set

Weighted Bench Dips - 45#/12 reps - 3 set

Dumbbell Kickbacks - 13#/12 reps - 3 sets

I am up since 3 AM, DH flew to the US today. I will eat lunch than walk the dogs.

ameilia posted on her blog, she's been busy painting her kitchen. so she's been really busy too.

i havent been keeping up with the w/o. i think the last real w/o i had was friday? not sure. i posted it on here though. anyway, just been completely unmotivated. i'm not getting a bunch of cathe videos. might get a few, but first i'm trying to use the wii-make it more challenging. some kind of intervals, using wts in strength exercises.
making my own w/o, online ideas from others, moves from cathe.
i know i CAN do that, i just keep feeling disapointed. was really excited about getting some used dvds or downloads. i still may get some, but first figure out what i can do on my own. when i find something i have to use the video(step is one example way too complicated), i guess then i'll get it, idk. its def. more fun with cathe.

today i did a short(25 min) wii w/o. short jog, boxing, bike,few st and yoga. used the combine premade routines option. it was faster transition, but next time i'll do it differently. NOT intense enough. but at least i did something. also tried to make a virtual model of myself this morning. and went on a turtle slow walk outside in the park, even very short walk in woods. didnt help. that was before did the wii.
on the upset the count is up to 1 month. i think i started sept 3. and not having much trouble telling myself to stop when i'm full.

Kristina - thanks for letting us know! Why are you not movtivated with your workouts? Are you bored? Maybe you need to change things up a little? Maybe that will help? Do you know, that Shape.com offers free workouts online? Or if you go on Parkspeople.com they offer free workouts online too. I love her tubing workouts, it's a 20 min workout! Maybe you can check those out:) This way you don't have to spent lots of money on workouts, I know if you have little ones it gets expensive! Let me know what you think? Now get modivated, girl:p:eek: You are doing awesome, don't stop now!
