Today is a full body weight work, im thinking muscle max. The scale is up so ive got to flush out some water today.I plan on getting in alteast a gallon today.

Well, I did get a run in yesterday - but not until 6:30. I got distracted by cleaning. I think today needs to be a full body circuit workout.
