I am done with Muscle Max! Had a great workout, I shouldn't even post my cal burn:confused:, I burned only 237 cal. WTH! I hate lifting so light, can't get my HR up.

ive got a cc on tabs for today, was going to take a rest day but im thinking I need to do a cardio after yesterdays little splurge with chinese:eek:

This weekend was a bad weekend for eating. :( It didn't really effect the scale at all - but it effected my mind! Friday night I did Supersets and Saturday was Rhythmic Step. (I love that one!) Yesterday was supposed to be circuit max, but DH and I were working on cleaning up the front yard and then went and played some disc golf - so I never got my schedule workout in. Tonight I will attempt CM. I really do hate mondays. I'd much rather be sleeping.

SJP: step portion only and then SuperSets.

Belinda: Just be careful...your doing the right thing to keep your weight down on the workouts. This will keep you from getting injured again. :) You did a great workout!

Amelia: Have fun with your CC workout! BURN BABY BURN! HAHA!

Hey Karen: Nice workout this weekend! You did get in a workout yesterday even though it didn't come in a fancy DVD case. HAHA! Have a great workout with CM tonight.

Hi everyone!

I took a rest day yesterday. Today I was intending to work out as soon as I got everyone off, but the dog got sick, so so far I've spent the morning cleaning up after her and making her boiled beef and rice. I think I finally have all of that taken care of, so now to head downstairs to get some kind of workout in. I'm also going to try for a short run, but the weather . . .


Belinda - Remember not to focus on the calories during weight workouts. You're beating yourself up!

Amelia - Enjoy today's cardio. As for the gym membership, I agree with the others - try it, and if you don't like it, then quit.

Karen - Same thing happens to me with workouts, especially on the weekends. If I don't get them in before we start doing things, it just doesn't happen.

Heidi - Hope all is well. Nice run this weekend.

Heidi, WOW on your plans today. Enjoy SJP and SS today. You go, girl! BTW, I am very careful, I don’t want to hurt my back. I keep the weights light.

Sherry, hope your dog is feeling better. Poor thing! Noting wrong taking a rest day once a week. Have fun with whatever you decide. You are right; I am just so used to getting a higher cal. burn from weight lifting. I will be careful.

Ok, I still have to do my back/core exercises. I will take me around 50 min.

Sherry: How was your workout? What did you decide on? Were you able to get out for a run today too? I will get in a run tomorrow before it starts raining again. Too much rain here lately!

Belinda: I am glad that your being careful with your back. You have a good PT person too to help you get back in the game safely! :)

I did the step part of SJP. I had to rush and shower and get back to work again. Very busy here lately.

Tomorrow morning I will do the supersets and then take a run later.
