I never did workout yesterday, i took a rest day and was SO LAZY:eek: I found a game on the computer that demanded my attention:p I did clean out the fridge.

Today is Muscle Endurance and im NOT looking forward to all of those leg presses:confused: im bidding on ME/BC on ebay...hope I win!

I will catch up with personals after my workout...bbl:)
 
Hey everyone,

Yesterday was supposed to be BM2 but I just did not have the time (or energy) so do the whole thing. So I did the warmup + cardio/leg section+UB+Abs+Stretch. My legs and butt have been so sore during this months rotation from all of the stepping I've been doing. Plus the fact that I am trying to increase the intensity by using a 8" step vs. the 6" is probably contributing to that as well. blah.

Today Cardio Kicks is on the agenda, but I don't have that one so I will probably just do a Amy Bento kickbox workout instead.

Since my sister and I have been logging our calories and such I have managed to drop a couple of pounds so that is awesome! I hope I can continue my motivation to do this so that I can reach my goal weight.

Did anyone watch Biggest Loser last night? Sometimes they annoy me with all of their crying and whining, but not to the point that I won't watch it. :)

Amelia: I absolutely hate leg presses too! (but maybe not as much as shoulder presses...)

Karen-I hadn't had a chance to watch TBL...i have it recorded though. They do cry alot this season. Have fun with cardio kicks and congrats on the weightloss,thats fabulous!

Hey all!

Today's workout was 4DS Kickbox and Legs. That's the hardest I've worked the legs in awhile. Makes walking up the stairs difficult. I was going to do a long run this morning, but it was drizzling. Now the rain has moved on, but I think the best I can do is a long walk with the dog. I have a book on reserve at the library, so I think that's where we'll head. The ladies at the drive-up window get a kick when I "pull up" with my dog.

Bonus on the scale today - I'm down another pound. I've been pushing the cardio a little harder (hence a step workout and a run on the same day) because I wanted to change it up, shock the system. Another week of this, and I think I'll head back to heavier weights.

Belinda - Nice workout. Did you DD join you?

Amelia - Know how you feel - fried. My legs are exhausted. Everyone needs a rest day.

Karen - Are you following Cathe's Oct rotation? I've been kind of free wheeling it.
