Hey all!
Today's workout was 4DS Kickbox and Legs. That's the hardest I've worked the legs in awhile. Makes walking up the stairs difficult. I was going to do a long run this morning, but it was drizzling. Now the rain has moved on, but I think the best I can do is a long walk with the dog. I have a book on reserve at the library, so I think that's where we'll head. The ladies at the drive-up window get a kick when I "pull up" with my dog.
Bonus on the scale today - I'm down another pound. I've been pushing the cardio a little harder (hence a step workout and a run on the same day) because I wanted to change it up, shock the system. Another week of this, and I think I'll head back to heavier weights.

Amelia - Know how you feel - fried. My legs are exhausted. Everyone needs a rest day.
Karen - Are you following Cathe's Oct rotation? I've been kind of free wheeling it.
