Good morning all!

I want to go for a run this morning, but the sky looks so threatening that I might just wait a bit. It's too cold (40 degrees) to get caught in a downpour.

I had a great time this weekend camping with the girls. We did lots of adventure activities - ropes courses and zip lines. Nothing like looking at photos of your backside while in a zip line harness to let you know that you need to lose a few pounds.

I didn't sleep well this weekend though. We were in a cabin with 20 others, and the snoring kept me awake. Yesterday I got everyone out of the house, then took a 3 hour nap. Now I'm feeling much better - just need to get the run in.

Back from my run. The rain was held at bay and the sun is coming out. I can feel my cardio capacity improving. I probably would have gone longer, but my ears were cold. I need to dig out my headband already.

Belinda - what did you decide to do for your cardio?

Hello Ladies,

I am so sorry for missing these last few weeks. Life been busy.

How is everyone doing? I know everyone is having a great workouts.

Today I am starting all new with the beginner rotation. Wish me luck!

MM timesaver done. My shoulders were really burning today, specially during that front raise into a rear delt press...ouch. my legs were burning really bad during those static lunges too:confused: I really don't look forward to lower body weights:rolleyes:
