Good morning all!
I want to go for a run this morning, but the sky looks so threatening that I might just wait a bit. It's too cold (40 degrees) to get caught in a downpour.
I had a great time this weekend camping with the girls. We did lots of adventure activities - ropes courses and zip lines. Nothing like looking at photos of your backside while in a zip line harness to let you know that you need to lose a few pounds.
I didn't sleep well this weekend though. We were in a cabin with 20 others, and the snoring kept me awake. Yesterday I got everyone out of the house, then took a 3 hour nap. Now I'm feeling much better - just need to get the run in.
