Hallo again,

I am done with my workout. I did CCV3 on the TC, burned 550 cal.:eek: I like those # much better:p I also walked my dogs already, will walk them again after my PT this afternoon. I am also back on track with my eating.

Morning

Today is 4ds LIS/Shoulders,calves and core. Im looking forward to it because i was extremely irritated at my sons pre-k teacher yesterday:mad: then my MIL pissed me off...so i need some stress relief before i strangle somebody;) My TOTM is near so im sure thats why i was so easly ticked off yesterday:eek:.

Belinda-AWESOME workout girl...nice job on walking the dogs too.

Good morning all.

Getting everyone out the door right now. Then taking the cat to the vet. She's not doing well. She's 17, and I think it's catching up with her. On tap is an arm and shoulder workout, which will need to be sometime after that.

Belinda - I could see you smiling as you typed that calorie burn.

Amelia - We all have those days. I agree, maybe switch to a kickboxing wo - just imagine their faces as you focus on that spot to punch.

This is so weird. When I am at work I have been feeling like crap - but then when I get home I feel so much better. Hmm. Like this morning I woke up and felt more rested - felt great. (besides the doms in my legs and UB) Now I'm at work and my nose feels a little stuffed. Grr...

Anyway, last night I did Disc #5 Back and Triceps. I don't know why, but whenever I do the STS weight work I always get to a puke status at some point in the workout. Weird. No, I didn't puke. I think the next three days are cardio - I'm not even sure which one is for today. I might do a mindy mylrea interval workout.
 
lol, you girls are funny. I thought about doing 4ds KB but i decided to go ahead and stick to my rotation. I think im getting sick, my energy was lacking but i pushed through it and burned 500 cals. Ive got sinus pressure,ugh.

Sherry-Im sorry to hear about your cat not doing well. We have an older dog that is near 'his time'. Enjoy your arm and shoulder workout!

Belinda-i think ive got KB on tabs for monday...its so much fun, great cal burn today!

I just had lunch and my stomach is so full, i couldn't finish it. Ate a big salad with a grilled chicken open face sandwich(gotta save carbs for a fiber one bar later...yum:eek:) and it was all only 350 cals.

I got my vitamins back in my system and i think that was the cause of my hunger last week, i seem to be staying full now..weird. I though vitamins made you hungry?:confused: who knows:rolleyes:
 
Hallo,

I went to my PT this afternoon; it was more like she was checking out my back. I still have a lot of tricker points in my back. Meaning she added 4 more weeks of PT. she also gave me bands to work my back, can’t never have enough bands, right? Next week, she is adding the leg presses machine, yeah! Still no running for me, until my back is 100% better. She said the TC and elliptical machine is fine.

Sherry - WOW on using a 8 inch step. Nice job yesterday. My back is feeling much better, with those exercises. Hope you get your workout in today. Let us know how your cat is doing! Poor thing!

Heidi - WTG on icycle. #21 intervals today, sounds like a sweaty mess. I need to check them out, still haven’t done that.

Karen – hope you feel better today. Don’t overdue it, ok!

Amelia – that’s sucks! Hope your workout will help!

Allee – what are your plans for today?
