I went to my PT this afternoon; it was more like she was checking out my back. I still have a lot of tricker points in my back. Meaning she added 4 more weeks of PT. she also gave me bands to work my back, can’t never have enough bands, right? Next week, she is adding the leg presses machine, yeah! Still no running for me, until my back is 100% better. She said the TC and elliptical machine is fine.
Sherry - WOW on using a 8 inch step. Nice job yesterday. My back is feeling much better, with those exercises. Hope you get your workout in today. Let us know how your cat is doing! Poor thing!
Heidi - WTG on icycle. #21 intervals today, sounds like a sweaty mess. I need to check them out, still haven’t done that.
