Hallo,

I am done with 4DS BC/KB " total body weights" 97 min.:p I loved it! Didn't burn a lot! There has to be something wrong with my HR? I only burned 346 cal in 97 min.:eek: Mybe it's set for cardio? Kept the weights light, I used a 45 lb BB (squats), 25 lb BB for bic, 15's for tric sh + bic, 10's and 8's.

This is it for me today, except I still have to do my core/back workouts.Will do that later:p Will walk the dogs, once it stops raining,

Off to the shower! BBL!

Amelia - I just love a good yoga/stretch day. Enjoy!

I had planned to wake up early today and start working out before everyone gets up. However, my DOMS were killing me this morning. I'm finally loosening up so that I'll be able to workout once I get everyone out the door. A good cardio, non-step workout is in order. My butt and legs are still feeling it from yesterday, not to mention the chest.

Hey, i just finished my yoga and stretching. I feel better...i get so antsy when i do those kinda of workouts:rolleyes:its hard for me to sit still that long,LOL.

Icouldn't find that p90x yoga so i went on youtube and found a 42min namaste one..it was fun and relaxing. The lady demonstating it was VERY flexable. She did something called a camel...:eek: i couldn't do it:confused: then did some stretchmax3.

Hi ladies,

All those appointments I have, wearing me out! I am so tired! Sorry I am so short with personals! Tomorrow I have a PT appointment and Friday a massage. Monday I have to see the ENT again. It doesn't stop:confused: Glad when everything is over.

Great job everyone on your workouts! You all keep me motivated to keep moving. :)

Last night I did mange to get my STS Legs workout in. If I've got the energy tonight disc 5 is on tap. I'm just super tired today and feeling really light headed. When my alarm went off this morning I sat up to get out of bed and the room was moving. (I swear!) I had to sit for a few minutes before getting up - it seems to have worn off for the most part since then. DH said his flu bug started off this way...I don't want it!

I will be back tomorrow. :)
 
Finally back to report on my workout. I decided to go for a run since I didn't want to do any step. It was not a good one. My hamstrings and glutes just couldn't push me along. I think I need to go down to a 6" height on the step. I usually use 8", but now that I'm thinking about it, that's what may be hurting my runs. Hey, I'll give it a whirl.

DS stayed home from school today. He caught that head cold that had me down last week. So, when he was feeling better, he played on the computer. I couldn't get to it until now to post. Dinner is in the oven: teriyaki chicken, wild rice, baked potatoes (because the kids don't like wild rice), and steamed asparagus.

Amelia - I have some Rodney Yee yoga dvd's that I like. One is yoga for athletes, and pays more attention to the legs (hamstrings and glutes).

Belinda - All these appointments are making healthy, right? :)

Karen - I don't think I'm ready for STS yet. Hopefully the flu bug stays at bay.
