Finally back to report on my workout. I decided to go for a run since I didn't want to do any step. It was not a good one. My hamstrings and glutes just couldn't push me along. I think I need to go down to a 6" height on the step. I usually use 8", but now that I'm thinking about it, that's what may be hurting my runs. Hey, I'll give it a whirl.
DS stayed home from school today. He caught that head cold that had me down last week. So, when he was feeling better, he played on the computer. I couldn't get to it until now to post. Dinner is in the oven: teriyaki chicken, wild rice, baked potatoes (because the kids don't like wild rice), and steamed asparagus.
Amelia - I have some Rodney Yee yoga dvd's that I like. One is yoga for athletes, and pays more attention to the legs (hamstrings and glutes).
Belinda - All these appointments are making healthy, right?
Karen - I don't think I'm ready for STS yet. Hopefully the flu bug stays at bay.
