hey everyone, :) just a quick check in, let you know how i'm doing.

great! house news- the short version is we are getting a bigger better house i haven't posted about. our offer has been excepted, going to fill out bank paperwork and get the inspection appt. today. i'm really excited to show the kids the house. there's lots of hiding places, even a little cubby clubhouse perfect for kids in a loft area that over looks the living room, big yard...so much to talk about.

my FIL who i haven't seen since dd was an infant, is coming to visit next week...eek! talk about your motivation to clean and keep exercising. picked up some new clothes at goodwill last night. just a few sweaters and 2 pairs of jeans and 1 black dress pants. not looking like a scrub was a great excuse to go shopping. i think dh agreed :) plus i'm not fat anymore, so that excuse is out the window too. ha!

lots of nsv's the most memorable being yesterday. jumping up and down moment. literally. i tried on my pants from before my first pregnancy just to see. i really didn't think i could even get them up. but i did! zipped and buttoned. i couldn't believe it! i had written off those pants. i was sure my hips had widened too much from pregnancies. dd7 was HUGE when he was born, so i wasn't just being paranoid. anyway, so exciting! can't get my muffin top in my pants? doesn't matter lol. i actually don't even like the jeans anymore. it's the symbolism :D and it was soo awesome to drop off a whole trunkload of clothes at goodwill. most of them were my fat clothes or ones that could fit, but i never liked anyway.

today's w/o
more hill walking. 2 sets of uphill forwards and backward 10. it seems to work better with the hill closer to my house. i think it's a little steeper, although shorter. litle bit of walking in the park and 100 step ups on the concrete pad in the park. height up, maybe 10in. just a guess. also some 2 leg and 1 leg bridges.

little bit of doms from yesterday's 1 leg bridges, so i felt this w/o. i can always do more, but i try to make it short when i'm outside. i'll miss phone calls and such. i also did hill walking on wed.

i hope everyone is doing well. i'm happy everyone can dl the new w/o. and for myself i'm soo excited to have a real w/o room! woo hooo! and maybe a spin bike :D

Belinda - no, not another sinus infection! I thought those were taken care with recent surgery. What did I miss? Hope it doesn't affect you workout.

Kristina - WTG on the inches lost! Between that and the new house, I'm sure you are on cloud nine!

Heidi - did you get your workout in yesterday? What are your plans for tody?

My plans include cardio and maybe some weights if I can get them in before DD's soccer practice (friday's at 8 pm - at least it's indoors!) Tomorrow we'll see Harry Potter (would have gone tonight if she didn't have soccer). My legs were stiff this morning. So glad to be getting back in the groove!
