Good morning,

After my coffee, I will do legs & calves plus abs.

I will be back to catch up on personals, I slept in this morning. Running a little late.

I am not sure, if I posted this yesterday or not? But I ordered a bike trainer on Nov 11, for DH b-day. It came yesterday. It only took 5 days to ship to Germany, that's fast! He used the bike trainer this morning and he love it! He said it was tough:eek: I can't wait to try it out too!

I did get in a workout after all yesterday. :) Runervals 1.0. Felt much better after a hectic day.
Today is much the same.

I have one and a few workouts to go with it. Haven't had much time to use it however..
:( It is in my cellar so it can get pretty noisy. I have a regular exercise bike I use more often because it has incline grades and is less noisy. ;) I guess I am shy....LOL
I was thinking of putting it out in my shed to use so no one can hear me.
I hope you both like it and are able to use it more often. :) It is a great workout for speed endurance.

Well I better get moving for the day. Meeting at 11am!

Hey Belinda! Thanks for the inspiration for a bike workout! I did icycle #19 Rock. Oh and it did ROCK! LOL :)

Over 7miles and it's a 30min workout. Just enough time to hit the showers and head in for the meeting.

i just posted a question about exercise bikes in open discussion. it may be easier to get a trainer.

got in a tough short w/o
outside on 2 different hills
walking squats up hill(1 set)
walking forwards/backwards uphill
step ups/running on step(200 steps)
about 30 min total
i think i need to do more, but its a good start.

there was frost outside. first time i've worked out outside when it was cold. it always makes me feel like i'm tougher for doing it when it's cold. it does make running, even just on the step, harder.

I just got done with my leg workout! I also did abs from PS back/bicips!

LEGS:

Leg Extensions - 55#/15 reps - 2 sets (warm up), up 20#
Leg Extensions - 55#/12 reps - 3 set, up 5#, up 5#

Leg Press Station - 190#/12 reps - 4 sets, up 10 #, really starting to like this one!:p

Hack Squats - 90#/12 reps - 4 set, up 10#

Deadlifts - 65#/12 reps - 1 set, I forgot to add weights:rolleyes:
Deadlifts - 70#/12 reps - 3 sets, up 5#

Seated Leg Curls - 65#/12 reps

CALVES:
Leg Press Station Calf Raises - 95#/25 reps/4 sets, up 25# really like that one!

I will be back after dinner!

Tonight I'll do a 30 minute run and abs. Eating clean - brought a taco salad for lunch (no chips).

Belinda - my DH and DS love the bike trainer. That's great that you got it so quickly. Are you following a specific rotation right now?

Heidi - good job squeezing in the workouts when you can.

Kristina - I love getting outside when the air is cool. It's so refreshing.
