Good morning everyone!
It's been awhile, both since I've worked out and stopped by. But, I'm doing both today.
Workout complete. I did Firm BSS1 Cardio Sculpt using 5, 8, and 10# weights. Burned 438 calories, which surprised me. Thought even BS would have been too hard. Based on that calorie burn, maybe so. So, I think I'll be sticking with the Firm this week, then moving back into Cathe next week. Also, will be taking a 30 minute run (run/walk for me) when the kids get home. They are done with cross country, but want to maintain through the winter in prep for track in the spring. I like how they are motivated, which should get me back on track ('specially now that I'm not running them to practices and meets!).
I'm off work today. Tomorrow I start a new job. Looking forward to it, tentatively. I'm excited about the opportunity, but there will be some travel that I'm cautious about. overall it's a good thing. DH has been dealing with some health issues and still not working, but we're hoping both of those come together soon.
I've missed all of you! Hope you all have a great workout! Now off to laundry, cleaning house and groceries!
