DO WHAT YOU WANT, JUST GET IT DONE FOR NOV 15, 2010

Good morning everyone!

It's been awhile, both since I've worked out and stopped by. But, I'm doing both today.

Workout complete. I did Firm BSS1 Cardio Sculpt using 5, 8, and 10# weights. Burned 438 calories, which surprised me. Thought even BS would have been too hard. Based on that calorie burn, maybe so. So, I think I'll be sticking with the Firm this week, then moving back into Cathe next week. Also, will be taking a 30 minute run (run/walk for me) when the kids get home. They are done with cross country, but want to maintain through the winter in prep for track in the spring. I like how they are motivated, which should get me back on track ('specially now that I'm not running them to practices and meets!).

I'm off work today. Tomorrow I start a new job. Looking forward to it, tentatively. I'm excited about the opportunity, but there will be some travel that I'm cautious about. overall it's a good thing. DH has been dealing with some health issues and still not working, but we're hoping both of those come together soon.

I've missed all of you! Hope you all have a great workout! Now off to laundry, cleaning house and groceries!
 
Hello Sherry! and Belinda!

Sherry it is so good to hear from you! Glad to see you back with us and setting new goals. ;) Glad the kids had a great season and are keeping up with their training. I loved going to the meets with my DD when she was in CC and Track. We still run together when she is home from Boston.
Good luck in your job! Sounds like a big relief from your last one.
Hope your DH gets feeling better soon.

Belinda: How was your workout? :)

I was up really early this morning to get my daughters friend to the train station by 5:18am. Came home to have coffee with DH before he headed off to work. Went back to bed around 7:30! Just too tired today. Long weekend with guests. It was fun though.

I was planning on a workout but have to go into work first. Maybe this evening...
It is going to be another one of those busy weeks with appointments. ARGH!

Flat Barbell Bench Press - 85#/12 reps - 4 sets, up 3 #


Incline Dumbbell Press - 28's/12 reps - 4 sets, up 2#

Decline Dumbbell Press - 28's/12 reps - 4 sets, up 2 #

Flat Dumbbell Flyes - 25's/12 reps - 3 sets, up 2 #


TRICEPS:
Double-Arm Overhead Tricep Extension - 35#/12 reps - 3 sets, up 3#

Weighted Bench Dips - 50#/12 reps - 3 sets, same as last week!

Dumbbell Kickbacks - 15#/12 reps - 3 sets, up 1#

Heidi - you are up early! Hope you get your worout in this evening.

Sherry - so nice to have you back! Awesome job, keeping up on your workouts.
