hey, i'm glad you had a great day, and his b-day went well. we went fishing today. in nov. insane. it was 77 degrees here today, near st.louis. ds is 10. such a cool b day. 11-11-00. as long as he lives in this area and most of the U.S, he'll probably never see almost 80degrees on his birthday again. or go fishing. this is the time we expect frost, winter coats, maybe snow or ice. it's been like that most of oct and nov. here. unseasonally warm.
well things are going well with me. 2 challenges.
first- 10day challenge. not doing this with 3fc. just proving something to myself i guess. i really want to feel/be hotter. so my challenge is for 10 days i'll do whatever i can. burn as many cals as possible. it's going well. today was day 2. exercised last night, this morning and tonight. i don't have a set schedule. just fit it in when i can. stay focused. since it takes me forever and a day to wear out my quads, i'm fitting in lower body work throughout the day. squat position while i...do dishes, brush my teeth, fold clothes, changing radio stations...whatever i think of. i can't remember them all. then when i do my wt training it doesn't take so long to work my legs.
challenge 2- no papa john's pizza. i've been successful in saying no to the Halloween candy. i haven't eaten any. i can say no to this too. i ate a healthy bowl of greens, chick peas and carrots w/cheese sprinkled on and some pizza crust, but it was from a frozen pizza, which doesn't have the fat delivery pizza has.
