We are having a heat wave here in Milwaukee. 80-90 degrees today. Just waaaay to warm!
I didn't really do any "workouts" this weekend. Did some yard work, house work, and also played tennis both Saturday and Sunday. I had alot of fun and I think I might be getting a little better. 
Today I started Insanity! I did the Fit Test DVD this morning. Here are my stats for the eight exercises that you do for one minute each:
Switch Kicks (2 kicks = 1 rep): 63
Power Jacks: 63
Power Knees: 103
Power Jumps: 51
Switch Jumps (4 jumps = 1 rep): 12
Suicide Jacks: 23
Push-Up Jacks: 35 (these were pretty sad...lol)
Low Plank Oblique: 86
I then added on the Butts and Guts stretch as well. I think I might add in some Gym Style lifting for UB as well as some yoga on various days. I just can't just do cardio for two months. Plus the weight lifting should help me get some better results too. (IF I can keep my eating in check! The weekends always get me...)
