DO WHAT YOU WANT, JUST GET IT DONE! For May 18th

Well today I switched it up. It was supposed to be a total body workout - so I chose a old one I used to do - Kathy Smiths Lift Weights to Lose Weight 2. I know - it sounds wimpy - but oddly enough I felt quite a few burns during this one. I lifted much heavier than Kathy though as she uses very light weights. I didn't have quite enough time for the abs - but thats ok cuz they are still sore from the tennis. (which by the way we went and did again last night)

I found out yesterday from the school I am going to finish my bachelors degree from that I will actually have to take 38 more credits to get the degree - not the 22 credits like I thought. This really bummed me out yesterday because that adds at least another year and a half to what I had estimated for the degree. (I only take two classes/6 credits a semester) So I was very much a pissy pants all night last night. I think DH was ready to smack me. :rolleyes:

Anyway - What does everyone else have planned for today?
 
Hi all!

Worked out at lunch again today - 30 minutes on the stairmaster. Good interval program, but I need to push it harder. When I logged my time into Workout Manager, it said my 30 minutes was more like an MET of 7 not 9. Gives me something to push for. Now getting ready to fix dinner - turkey tacos - before heading off to the girl scout meeting, then rushing home for Biggest Loser.

Karen - I do the same thing - put in an "old, wimpy" video, then use heavier weights. Helps me feel like I've made progress since I remember the days when the light weights made me sore. And, that is a total bummer about school. I don't blame you for being in a bad mood.
