Good walk too! Is your weather finally getting warmer?
Another cold day here but by tomorrow the temps will start to climb towards 50...I CAN'T WAIT!

Today's goal:
RUN AND RUN SOME MORE! :) Runnervals 10K training planned for today.

I am feeling my workouts from yesterday for sure! :) YEAH some better DOMS! HAHA!

Wear your HRM's to get your true calorie burn! :) Believe me seeing those numbers inspires me big time! :)

Morning, Today will be CLX burn it up + recharge. Tomorrow I start Push Phase, yay...can't wait for something new.

I've already got supper going in the crock pot, bbq pulled chicken and will have baked beans with it.

Hi Amelia! HAHA! Oh you must miss your cathe workouts like me. ;) nice calorie burn!!! :)

Just finished my run: 4.5miles THAT WAS TOUGH! 6.0 and increase %grade every minute to 5% X5. Phew!
I started off good with my HRM on and then after the first set I had to stop it to answer the phone...went on to the next set and FORGOT to turn it on again! On the the next set it was on....then by the 4th set my TM shut-off!!!! so I lost my mileage. 5th set TM and Hrm were good and my computer shutoff that was running the workout!!!! OI!
Well I completed it without the DVD and then went on to a good stretch with Stretch Max #1.

Off to shower!

Hey Amelia what is the recipe? ;) Sounds delish!!!! :) I have the chicken and beans! ;)

Hi all!

Forced rest day because by the time I could get to a workout, it was 9:30 - definitely too late for cardio. Can't wait until the semester is over so DH is done teaching in the evenings! DOMS in all the right places, but not too awful bad.

Belinda - What did you do today?

Heidi - Great run, despite all the technology problems.

Amelia - Change is good, but the old reliable workouts are sometimes the best.
