This week is my recovery week and I am up a 5 am:confused: what's up with that?

Haven't decited what cardio I will do today:eek:

Hello there...I apologize for being so terrible with these checkins:eek:

No workout today:( Yesterday I had to go in work early and the doms in my legs were killing me from CLX BC3 on saturday. My workouts haven't been consist ever since i got sick about 7days ago...really stinks. But im hanging in there:)

Im taking mucinex so i hope it helps.

I can't wait to start the push phase on Wednesday:eek: finally something new to do...LOL:p

Hi all!

Finally back in the STS groove. D22 done tonight and muscles are still shaking! shoulders are feeling like rocks - now if they could get more size! Last set of push-ups did me in, though. Gotta love it!

Belinda - What cardio did you do? I didn't even think to check out Costco for a TM. I'll go there next.

Heidi - You are really burning it up lately! Putting the rest of us to calorie burning shame! You gotta be seeing some awesome results!

I never got a workout in today, lol. I was cleaning my floors instead. I did take a long walk with the dogs, if that counts?

Sherry - nice job, on D22 this evening.

Nice job on your workouts! Wow! Your looking for a TM? I am so excited for you!!!! Let me know what you get! Having mine really helps when it is freezing outside or I want to do a specific hilly/speed workout.

I wear my HRM most of the time so this is giving me the numbers.....they say not to rely on the machine (TM,bike etc) numbers because they are not accurate. Only your HRM will give you a true number according to your weight, age, HR etc.
I HOPE THEY ARE TRUE! I guess time will tell on my numbers going down right? ;) Just have to be consistent!
