Hi all!

Long work day today - 7 to 7. Did get in 30 minutes walking hill intervals on the treadmill. Ate dinner so late that I didn't want to run - afraid I might see it again. I'm traveling with a co-worker who likes to go to restaurants to eat. I'd be fine with Subway or something similar. I'm getting the lightest things on the menu and watching my portions because I don't want my STS efforts sabatoged.

Belinda - We had the same thing in mind for cardio today. How are the legs feeling?

Heidi - do you get LM done?

That's a long day:confused: about your co-worker, just tell her yo feel like eating a sub;) no big meal. What cardio did you end up doing?
