Today was STS Plyo Legs #35. I thought I would really struggle with this one since I haven't done the plyo workouts for a while, but I did better than I thought I would. I felt great - especially doing those air jacks at the end. I burned 337 calories. Now its off to work...yay!

I am done with 4DS Cardio Power, forgot I missed a cardio day last week I will do LIC Total Body premix as soon as my stomach is settled (I just ate lunch).
