just a quick note to let everyone know i'm ok. we got the house. still working on unpacking. it's basically our dream house. so much bigger and more than i hoped for. and a very big yard. considering we're not in the country. i grew up in a yard of 2 acres and cornfeilds on all sides.so it's not that huge, but plenty of room to play football, baseball, more gardens...whatever i could want. the kids love it too. there's a park right behind the back yard too.

still alot to figure out. where to put stuff? how to decorate it? what to grow? there's several gardens started outside. and a fruit tree. i'm not sure, it could be a peach tree? if so, all the more awesome. i'm really looking forward to spring. growing new things, and it will be GREAT to NOT turn the heat on lol.

Hi everyone!

My pecs are still sore from Monday. Tonight I'm sure I'll fry my triceps. At leastthe elgs arwe good from the run.

Belinda - I'm sure I'll become more impressed with your strength as I continue with STS. Keep up the great work!

Kristina - glad the house is working out so well for your family. I think we still have some unpacked boxes from 3 moves ago. Keep at it.

Heidi - what did you decide to do today?

taking a quick break at lunch to check in. BBL to report my wo (I'll eve do abs!).
 
Hi,

Ok...my body could only withstand Basic Step today. My upper is sore from yesterday. I just can't get over how those STS med ball abs get ya! I did use an 8# med ball which I usually use a 5# wt. Wow 3#'s made such an impact!

Sherry have a great tri workout! :)

Got it done! STS D2 - Back and Triceps. Didn't look ahead of time - how'd she sneak in those push-ups? My pecs are still sore from Monday! Also added in STS Abs - Pilates. Think I might have been too light on the weights. We'll see how I feel tomorrow.

Scrambling to get things done here before the night is out. Hope you are having a good evening!
