Morning Belinda and all that follow! :)

I am out this morning with my Mom. Taking her to the doc and then to breakfast. Most likely we will head up to the Mall as well. I have a couple pairs of pants I ordered that I need to return for A SMALLER SIZE! :) Hehe

Belinda: Have a great cardio and ab workout!

My plan is to get in CLX Burn intervals and abs in later.

My workout is done. CLX Burn intervals then did power hour abbs.

Just a quick check in:) I just finished Step Jam from the Classics Volume 1! It wasn't high impact, still got my HR up. Besides the cloth, I liked the workout:D Very fun workout! BBL!
