I used fairly light weights today because I didn't know what I was getting myself into.
Warm-up 5#
sumo squat with hip lift: 10# (weird exercise for sure!)
lunge with posterior fly: 12#
push-ups with leg lift: on toes except last 3 I did on my knees
dead lift with poesterior fly: 5#
lunge with core rotation: 10#
bench press and leg lower: 10#
squat with side bend: 12#
forward lean lunge with DBL arm posterior fly: 5#
chest fly with hip lift: 8#
Push-ups: toes
itread #2 40min run: 3.25miles and burned 630cals!
Great workout for today! HAHA! I was totally wiped out this afternoon though!
