Hi all!
It's late, but workout finally done! Needed to switch things up a bit, so did D18 Back and Biceps today. Will do legs tomorrow (D17), then D19 for CST on Sunday. I'm traveling for work some next week so changing things a bit so I get all the workouts in. Felt really good tonight and pushed muscles 'til they couldn't do anymore.
The weight loss competition includes a recommended diet plan as well as exercise recommendations, all seem reasonable. Need to look at the diet plan again to make sure it includes enough protein. If you want to take a look at it, google bcbs michigan win by losing.
Belinda - Very good of you to do your abs first so they get done. That's so cool that not only are you going on an RT, but your daughter is going with you. I'm still holding out for Chicago. I really hope it comes through.
Kristina - Welcome back! You were exercising - lifting boxes is heavy work! Great job!
